Vehicle finance application

I app**** for vehicle finance through ABSA online more than 2 weeks ago and still do not know if my application is approved or not. I completed everything, send in all the requested documents and then had to call 3 times before someone responded and told me they need more info and documents for the validation. All the requested documents was send a week and a half ago. I call every second day and send emails, which is read but no response received from Nomsisi. Received one response that stated they are still waiting for some documents at validation. That same documents that wad requested before, but I send it again and now nothing. NO RESPONSE FROM NOMSISI AND NO ANSWER CAN BE GIVEN IF I AM APPROVED OR DECLINED. Nomsisi even requested the delearship's contact details to call them but that also was false, she never called. It has been 3 weeks all together that I am struggling to get answers and response from ABSA. I think it is pathetic.
