vehicle finance added there own insurance

i have my car financed by Absa and last month a Representative( Frans Smith) from absa called me at 11:20 AM and asked for a updated schedule of my insurance. he then informed me if it has not been sent to them they will add there own insurance. i rep**** on the mail that same day at 02:25 PM this morning the extra amount went of my account and i want answers !! i also bank with Absa so im considering moving everything away from Absa because of this event i am very displeased
