Vehicle finance

My vehicle account was owing 3 months but not in a row. So I made arrangement to pay extra R1000 on my account. I haven't missed instalment since I made arrangement. I'm always paying the instalment plus the R1000. But to my surprise there's a court order in my name for them to come collect my car. How is this possible or are there people who are not doing their job. I'm very much disappointed. Why wasn't I told that the arrangement wasn't approved?
