Vehicle finance

After battling to get assistance from absa bank regarding restructuring my finance during my maternity leave, I finally got a call from Manana who informed me that my account has been restructured and that the outstanding will be added to my debt. We agreed that from the 26th July to November 2018 a debit order of R1700 will go off. Unfortunatly that did not happen, instead 2 amounts were debited. I get charged by my bank evertime a debit order returns unpaid! Is absa willing to help me or not? What happened to debiting 1 amount as agreed???
