<p>I was n bit behind on my car with absa , then i received a phone call on a Monday morning from absa that i need to settle my account before end of the day or they will collect my car the next day , without any paperwork ,emails post or any prior notice that was send out to me . I asked for a settlement amount witch i received that evening Of R117245,I then took the car to a dealership to sell , and the deal was done on the Wednessday , for a amount of R117245 . One week later Absa phones me and i have an amont outstanding of R18 000 . How is this possible . the car was settled they have the Payment of R117245 on their system , </p> <p> </p> <p>According to the Lady's argument the settlement amount is only valid for 5 days .But i settled the car within 3 days . </p>
