Vehicle Documents

ABSA doesnt was to give me my Vehicle papers. i settled the account on 25 June 2018 and they have been telling me that my papers will come since. i was first told that 1st week of July, that passed. when i call they told me by Wednesday, 11 July 2018. i went to the branch they promised to send to and there was nothing. i called again and they told me by Monday, 16 and Tuesday 17 the latest. Is 13:00 now and haven't received any message or call. the 16th passed. can i get my papers please. i called yesterday looking for the paid up letter and the cut the call on me. is this the way you operate or its my bad luck?
