Vehicle contract termination.
Good day I am now sending this as an official complaint . As I have emailed this agent and till to this day she still hasn't contacted me. On the 8th of march I purchased a vehicle which was financed by Absa as you can see the welcome letter was send to me. The vehicle was involved in an accident and it was giving me problems. I contacted the gentleman that was assisting me from the dealership and he said I should return the car. I have returned the car to dealership and at this present moment the car is with them. I spoke to an agent in the call center and she told me that the person that was dealing with the finance of the car needs to assist me and gave me the contact numbers and email. I called there was no answer, I also send an email I still have no reply. Can someone please assist me with a way forward as I am certain that I no longer want this vehicle as I was miss informed that the vehicle has no accident history and to my surprise the car was in an accident. So can someone pls assist me with a way forward regarding this problem. I have already paid insurance for this vehicle and tomorrow another debit order will be going off for insurance. I can't afford to pay insurance for a car that is not in my possession. Please contact me with a solution to this problem. Regards Deniece Moumakwe 07****8885
