Vehicle bought an auction by Third Party

My mother bought a Nisan Navara at an auction in April last year and paid R190,000.00 by means of EFT.<br> <br> She tried to get registration papers from the auctioneers but she was given a run around until she found out that the auctioneers is under liquidation.<br> <br> When she called the sales person she was told that he was just an employee there and is unable to assist.<br> <br> Please find attached documents and amongst them are:<br> ?
