Vehicle and asset finance debit order change

Good day Kindly assist I called absa vehicle and asset finance 3 times last month to have my debit order date changed from the last day of the month to the 15th on account number ***9. I was first sent from pilar to post until the third agent, call made on the 24/11/2021 was told debit order date will be changed will commence on the 15/12/2021 and since I made the advance payment that will be used for Novemver. I am really frustrated debit order didn't run been sitting with the money since the 15/12 I honestly cannot keep on calling for one thing to be done.
