Vehicle Account/Call Centre

When you trying calling into the call center they will tell you average waiting time is 1 min, 10min later they answer and my Airtime is finished before I can even say my name to the consultant. I need to make payment arrangements and if I don't forfil that in time.. ABSA will be sending me letters and sms's! Yet I keep trying and same thing... When they do send me a letter for arrears when I did try making a payment arrangement i couldn't get through...
