<p>So I've signed up for the kiddies account with ABSA and it has been an absolute nightmare since December 2016. One. my kids didn't get their VAP after ten days for the first month even thtough it's in black and white... got sent from pillar to post by the call center when I queried this...they too couldn't assist. Secondly. We received our first VAP in march after numerous complaints emails . We claimed for data and movies and to date ,I still have not received the data for the month of Feb claim. Thirdly we claimed data again this month for march on the Vodacom # We received two pins and one was already redeemed! Second one was for 30mb! The MTN one has again not come through. This product was highly recommended by ABSA staff and it has been nothing but distasteful!!</p>

08 May 2017, 14:06Someone called me on friday and promised to get someone to call be back instantly i am still waiting!!!!
I again called the 011 ********** number again this morning and left my 6th voicemail and no one has called. Jeeze your service is poor!
