Vanessa goes beyond just her job description

I would like to give credit where it is due. Vanessa Crowe, specialist case manager, went out of her way, did not treat me just as another reference number or escalation, did not just dismiss me, she listened to my complaint and gave me options that did not put me more in financial strain.
