Vanessa Crowe or Claudette Lewis, I have to say I really can't complain about your service because there is none. Claudette Lewis just disappeared, **** gone! Vanessa Crowe 15 days later with not a peep from you. If it is not too much to ask, try and help. And if at all possible don't just give a reply on Hello Peter then no action again.

"Have been waiting forever for ABSA to reverse and error on my account. My first correspondence to ABSA was 08 /08/2016 for the amount of R 112 310.58. Got a response from a lady called C. Lewis. I rep**** and continued to write her on 06/10/2017, 09/10/2017, 23/10/2017, 01/11/2017 and finally 03/11/2017. And no surprise nothing was resolved again. But hey I should be patient as she and other colleagues might be too busy to respond. Dear ABSA if it is not too much to ask, please work on my account before the end of 2018? Kind Regards"
