Valid or Not. that is the question.

Registered for the free trend micro internert security on ABSA security centre and has been working fine. My licence key expired in September 2020 and I renewed it on security center website for another year. all of a sudden in December my anti virus notified me that I was no longer protected and that the licence key that I had received from ABSA was no longer valid. I tried the old key again and it accepted it but it apears that the key now belongs to someone else. I contacted ABSA about the problem and asked them to reset my security centre registration so that I could re apply for another licence key and I received an email shortly therafter informing me that my case has been closed..no explanation, instructions ..nothing. needless to say the same invalid licence key still existed under my profile on security centre and my antivirus wass absolutely useless and so I uninstalled it because it was now running on someone elses keyand due to expire in a few months. So in short ABSA closed a compaint with no feedback or solution to the problem. I have tried to get into security centra again for the last 2 days but the link does not work on ABSA website..This is what one gets.
