Utterly useless
I have a business account that gets stopped by non fica authentication every month .I am at my wits end as it doesn't matter what is do even speaking to my business banking manger doesn't help. When it get time to pay my creditors the account is on hold again . I don't want to move my account but it seems as though there is this no care attitude at ABSA. I have been a business and personal Account Holder for many years. I am going to have issues tomorrow when the Debit orders will be returned and i have to pay banking fees for your incompetence. IS THAT FAIR!!!!!!! ABSA it is time you get your house in order.

02 Sept 2022, 08:58The only way to get anything done is via hellopeter. nobody gets back to you or takes forever otherwise. ABSA I have requested the account to be closed but are told that it cannot be done at a branch i need to speak to my account manager. well the last time i could get hold of her is more than a year ago and as for her manager only when she feels like taking my calls . Yesterday i phoned her 11 times, left 2 SMS's and yes i am still waiting .
Please get someone to assist in closing this account .
