Utterly schocked

I am absolutely shocked in the disgraceful manner a claim is being handled by Absa .On the 4th of June roads was flooded and it was pouring in Cape Town when I got home to find buckets in my kitchen ,towels on my bedroom ,dining and lounge floor my roof was damaged and I immediately contact claims via the app up until now the first contact that came was the flooring guys ,what despicable service to say the least since HOC was taken up in 1998 I have only claimed but for a geyser ,I’m shocked
