Utterly disgusted in Absa home insurance's putrid service

I am utterly disgusted in Absa home insurance. They've now left us to fall ill in my home after a flood since the 2nd of June. My terminally ill mother and minor daughter reside in the home so we should've been deemed a priority customer due to the 2 vulnerabilities. Countless calls have been made and several emails sent and I am no further with them than I was on the day I made the initial call. I have been left to live in a house with dampened floors and furniture and had to purchase new couches out of my own pocket because neither a technician, nor an assessor has been sent out to date! This is pathetic and disgusting to say the least!

Would not recommend to anyone!!!
