Utter incompetence of agents.

We, in the name of a Trust, app**** for a home loan from absa. The process started on 17 September 2015. <br> <br> After all the relevant paperwork was completed and sent to the agents, out application was lost 3 times by the home loan department and we had to complete the entire application 3 times. The agents at ABSA home loan that I was in contact with is Loren Ndeza, Buyile Masondo and Tsholofelo Mokgosi. <br> <br> If you apply for a home loan from ABSA and speak to any one of these three individuals, ask for another agent. They are utterly ***********, they ignore emails and can't even complete an application form. <br> <br> My advice is to avoid applying for a home loan with ABSA completely. It is now the 25th of November, and once again I found out that my application has problems and that they need more paperwork that they lost ( this I know because I have sent them the paperwork more that three times ).<br>
