utter disappointment and bad service

It is quite funny how these big banks thinks they can bully you, yet they hire *********** staff and you have to suffer for their incompetency. I have a very bad experience with Absa all a long my account was update date until I requested my debit order to be changed the consultant took my details give it back to me said she could not do it, I left later when I wanted to follow up for statement only to find out I am in areas which never happened before and there is no debit order date it was removed to my surprise never signed anything or even being informed without my consent, this is total utter nonsense very bad bad treatment
