Utter bull ****, handed over and have arrangement but want to be taken to court

So I have a credit card with absa and they handed it over, during the time I was on maternity leave and asked for a payment, of which they didn't approve and didn't tell me. They handed it over to Brooks attorneys and I made an arrangement with Brooks attorneys.

This evening a summons letter was delivered, but I never even received a letter of demand from absa, and since I've been dealing with Brooks attorneys, I haven't heard anything from ABSA, I even made a new arrangement with Brooks attorneys today, in regards to this credit card account. YOU GUYS ARE *****S! WE KEEP PAYING AND YOU DONT UPDATE ON YOUR SYSTEM, THEN YOU WANT TO HAND US OVER.
