Using the cheapest contractors for repairs

First of all, when you phone ABSA over a weekend for a claim, our working hours are from Monday to Friday. What about an emergency????? When you have a burst pipe.<br> Not once did they send a contractor out, (previous claims) where the contractor did not have to come back. They do not fix what was quoted for. The contractors that they use, mess paint on the floor, and paint the door. I am seriously so sick of Absa Bank Insurance that I will be switching my bond to SA Home Loans. Instead of a claim being sorted out ASAP, it takes them almost 3 weeks to settle a claim. <br> Our street address are always given to the contractors spelled wrong. Because the operator can't spell.<br> DISGUSTED.
