To start of the story My mother has a car with absa and so do i

So on the 11th of sept i made a payment for my mothers car use her acc number and ref number and her car details as she could not get to the bank

One month late my mother gkt calls tbat she did not pay and needs to resend her proof after doing so 38 times + I noticed i did not receive my car statements yet and asked for it up on receiving it i noticed that tbey took the payment and put it into my car account How on earth do tou just locate a payment with a name thats exactly why i used the correct ref for my mothers car so tbat i could be allocated onto her car Absa once again failed the test i would call this ***** because they would just allocate the payment with a name so anyone can do a payment and thats just oky But when phoneing in you have tbis so called strickt rules for giving info onto accounts I think personally absa is useless and the workers aswell because afyer sending so many emails no one could allocate where the payment went to i had to allocate it for the And when phoneing in they will thell you email to this one evwrytime yoi phone its a dif email adress And everytime i phone in and asked for a number to call they will give me a number that doesnt exsist ??? i mean really you work for absa but know nothing about your work Wish i could remove myself abd my car finance to a dif bank
