Uselessness of the ***** department!!!

I had logged a ***** case with Absa in branch and till today no feedback or contact has been made by them to me about this case, I can also not find anything out about the case is I call them, because nobody know what is happening with it. I logged the case on the 1st of December and called the 13th to follow-up, I just got messed around and no answers could be given. I used a Ref no of ********** . I find this service absolutely pathetic.
