Useless & waste of my time

<p>What a waste of my Saturday! I needed to upgrade my account, as my card expires in 2 weeks. They filled in the wrong info, called me a week later to explain, I went in again, this time to the only branch open on a Sunday, as they phoned me on Saturday, 20minutes before closing time. I went to Menlyn ABSA - they can find no fault I need to go to Woodlands (they messed up, but are closed on a Sunday! Useless). I cannot go in the week as I work late and my card expires now Thursday. So goodbye ABSA. Hallo Standerd Bank. </p>
