Useless, ********* and unhelpful

I am trying very hard to stop the Credit life premium that I never agreed to. I have phoned the call center, waited over 20 minutes for no reply. I have written to multiple different emails, to have no reply. This is ridiculous and highway *******, cause they don,t reply, you then forget to pursue the non reply and another month goes by and they charge you yet again. Very upsetting and *********.
