Useless transactional ***** staff

I have been an Absa client since 1992. Recently I paid 2 Absa clients or ********, money for a service that they never delivered. I paid with my cheque as well as private credit card. I reported this to the Absa Dispute department. They rep**** and asked for more info. on the 23/03 at 12:03 I mailed them the requested information. Less than a hour later, I received a phone call as well as a mail from them stating that they are unable to recover my money. Less than an hour after sending it? Impossible for them to have read it!!! When I queried it, I was told the extra info was not really required and they based their findings on initial investigations. Absa investigations are useless! It seems they protect ********** more than looking after their honest clients.
