Useless *******

Do Not Bank with ABSA.They are ******.I went to close my 3 month old account last month and they are still billing me on an account that doesn't exist.

Mind you,I went to Absa in Gezina.Ben Sweet street.I wrote to hello peter about how ****** and terrible they were at their service.The manager(who is clearly just as useless as his staff)called me to apologize(waste of time) for his ***********s staff's lack of effort and service delivery.

I am now receiving mail from Absa saying I owe then an excess of money(which inensuredni paid).I am in Italy for 6 months and have no desire to converse with these useless bunch if people from this distasteful bank.

So please let me warn you....Do not go and open an account with this bank.The management along with entry level staff need training.Serious and urgent training.they can't close a damn account.My goodness.

I will take legal action as this has gone on too long and will keep you poseted
