Useless support

ABSA cannot even get their client information straight or help you to remove a active client's details from a non client's details, what a helpless lot. For the past 15years I have been receiving an active client's statement view email. I had endless visits to the branches and calls from one department to another without any success. I even rep**** to the sender without any help. I am and will never be an ABSA client ever again so please remove my email address from your system . It cannot be that hard to get it done.
