useless staff fancy equipment just for show

I walked into this bank (my so called bank) I needed some change a lady printed me a ticket I proceeded to the main waiting area as instructed by the ticket I waited for 30 MIN and nothing happened I went back to the lady who printed my ticket she sent me to a different section and said there is somebody who would assist me I found that person she looked at my ticket and said take a seat I said to her I have been taking a seat for the last 30 min she just looked at me and said please take a seat I waited another 15 min and got up and left no bone asked me if I was sorted out or attend to but yet this is the same bank that can give me ridiculous bank charges so bi ask you absa what exactly am I paying for cause this is definitely not a service
