Useless staff

Useless staff. If you are prepared to wait for hours to speak to a consultant, this is the branch to visit. After waiting the guarantee is that will they be unable to assist. The excuse " THE SYSTEM SAYS " make me flying through the roof. What a shame on ABSA.

Received a call from ABSA yesterday. Lady promised to phone me back yesterday. Still waiting. Don't even try to call the help center, you are wasting your time
