Useless services

Please do explain to me why you have the option available for debit order stop on the app? You can only stop debit orders up to R500 first problem. Second problem you provide an email address that is useless because they cannot stop the debit order via email you have to go to a branch. So this process is useless to say the least as it does not make it conveniet nor does it provide a service as I still need to go to the bank. Absa just wasting money ons useless resources. And then who must fork out the charges??????
