Useless service from Absa trust

My late father's will is with Absa. They have contacted me in October and said I will get a mail with the address details to deliver forms. Then mailed and said there is a systems problem for sending the emails. This has been more than a month and every time I just get the same response. This is just dragging and they just don't care. I want this to be resolved ASAP.
