Useless service from ABSA

I have been trying since 27 January 2020 to get ABSA - national deceased estates - to pay out my Late Mom's money to the Estate. I have submitted documents and more documents and never receive feedback. I have to phone them every time. Then i get told no they need more documents. Now they want proof of the Attorney's private residence and a utility bill of his business. What a load of bullsh*t!!!! Every time i phone and request to speak to a manager they are in meetings. Just stop messing me around and pay what was left in my Late Mom's account to the Estate. I have had enough of ABSA's sh*t so this weekend i will be moving my own personal ABSA account to another bank because you people are pathetic and useless. I pray to God i don't die soon and leave my poor family to deal with you people. Your service is sh*tty enough to drive anyone absolutely crazy. ABSA IS TOTALLY AND UTTERLY PATHETIC!!!!!
