Useless service

I've contacted ABSA home loans regarding a query on my bond statement. They don't listen to my question and just give me a straight answer which I know already and have mentioned in my first email. I've had to email them three times and they still don't answer my question. I don't know how much more I can spell it out. And obviously when you phone them you wait forever to get someone to pick up the phone or you just get cut of since they don't answer it anyway. Seriously disappointed.
