Useless service

Had to go into Absa customer services Tokai branch bank to collect my credit and debit card. OMG...only 1,(one) person working at the customer services department. There are 4 customer services tables only one person attending. Two teller booths also empty. Waited for 30min outside and another 40 + min inside. Service has been terrible and useless... Only one agent to attend to the customer services issues...

It may be level 2 restrictions but the service is unnecessarily long... Fill in the empty customer services booth.
