Useless Service

There was a break in at my residence 4 days ago!<br> My locks were all broken, I personally had to take the initiative to get security until the locks are replaced. <br> <br> The claim was logged, the contractor is ready to come out but has gotten no go ahead. There is no response or reasoning as to why this is the case.<br> <br> I have had nothing but useless service from their *********** call centre staff.<br> <br> Beyond fed up customer!
