Useless service

I went to the bank, only my app wasn't working. Walked out of the bank, both the app and my internet banking wasn't working. Tried all the fixes, went into the bank twice. Uninstalled the app, followed all the prompts, the enquiries ladies tried calling. No Fix. Why roll out something if it has bugs. So irritated.

My account number is ***. The error message is 'Credentials Revoked' on the app. It has never worked, even before I updated it.
