Useless response times
I need a quicker response time from ABSA. I send mails and wait and wait and I don’t get anything in return. My car was settled on the 12th of July and apparently Absa hasn’t seen the payment yet. I have sent proof to ***. I need the NATIS papers urgently and cannot get them without the payment being found.
