USELESS or CLUELESS Who knows.

I suddenly lost the Lotto option on the ABSA app and I have contacted my pvt banker who is useless and does not reply , I have contacted PVT assist who are just as useless and dont reply and I have spoken to a consultant who is also useless and clueless so in 6 months or so I have got no further.

No one is interested in solving my problem and thus my Hellopeter post as I might get some response now. I do not have the Lotto option on my app or full service banking, only under buy option on the express online banking????????

I have uninstalled the app three time and reinstalled on 3 different phones but no Lotto option is available
