Useless Mechanical warranty cover!

I’ve been with Absa for just over 10 years now and have countless products with them. I also have mechanical warranty cover with them for my vehicle (which is also financed by them). During COVID I missed a car service (because some of us were under lockdown and had a lot to stress about, including deaths in the family). Recently my car got a mechanical fault, which requires a gearbox replacement and my insurance company has decided to reject my claim and have me pay R80k for the gearbox replacement from my pocket. Then they’ll just debit my account tomorrow for the vehicle finance that I also took with them! Don’t waste your time with Absa, they are only forthcoming when it comes to debiting accounts and will never show up in your time of need!!!!!!!!
