Useless is a understatement for ABSA
Most useless bank ever!!!!! I phoned about 2 months ago and spoke to a agent and told them to close my account, the balance was R0.00 (excl. the R50 that always needs to be in the account). I just received a sms to say I need to settle my account for my monthly bank charges ect. What a useless bank!!! After the previous complaint, a manager told me he will give me a call, but never happend.
