Useless ****ing ABSA bank

Last week Thursday my absa card was ****** so on Friday I went to Absa victoria west branch to stop the card and to get a new card.They told me to come back on Monday and refuse to let me withdraw money inside the branch and they don'teven have new cards. So on today I went there again and was to told they still don't have new cards and refuse again to let me make a withdrawal and my baby doesn't have milk or anything to eat.Shame on you absa victoria west branch and what makes me more angry is the fact that it's my money not a ****ing loan.I will change banks ASAP and I don't recommend anyone to use this useless absa bank!!! And I don't have cellphone banking or the app to send money cardless and they can't get me the app on my phone because they need my bank card to do that also. I'm so mad right now!!!!!!!!!!
