Useless *********** company

I have a virgin money credit card on which i always, via EFT pay more than requested. End ofJanuary the amount went off again, since there was no statement, it was the same than December. Suddenly i got an sms informing me I MISSED A PAYMENT AND AM IN ARREARS!?!? Since i specifically downloaded the app to check, i went online and on the statement IT DOESN'T SHOW PAYMENTS NOR MONEY SPENT? BESIDES THAT IT SHOWED ZERO IN ARREARS. i sent an email requesting info as to why am in arrears and what happened to the payment. Up to date NO CONCRETE ANSWER!?!? THIS MORNING I GOT A THREATENING SMS INFORMING ME TO PAY IMMEDIATELY!?!? I phoned in and the lady was very friendly but not at all helpful. I cannot deal with a company that treat customers like this, IF YOUR STATEMENTS ARE LATE AND YOUR ONLINE SYSTEM IS USELESS TO NOT THREATEN YOUR CUSTOMERS. THAT JUST STIN****!!
