Useless ***** Department

Useless service from ABSA ***** Department, I have been sent on a run around to get all relevant documents to report a case, First I was told only half of the requirements they needed, when I submitted the Information required then only did they come back days later to say they needed more information, which I then submitted to them, I have been following up since last week and no reply to any of my emails. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional to say the least.
