Useless department

Dealing with the ABSA Trust department is flipin annoying honestly.the don’t want to make payments on time and they refuse to change the consultant dealing with our trust.the consultant is arrogant, rude and has not sense of urgency.its been more than 7 working day since I sent a request for payment and till to date no one has responded.but I know for a fact their don’t treat white people like how they treat us Africans and I wish I could move the money to another bank honestly
