Useless customer service

Useless customer service department, I called fore more than a week waiting 2hrs on the line since 5th May I saw that I am not winning I send an email to change my debit order date for vehicle finance and banking details, I received a response asking for proof of address, contract of employment and account number I did that, 4days later I was asked for proof of address I resend it, they kept quiet till today and they still debited my old account thnx God my previous employer paid my last salary on time the debit order went through today I am receiving an email asking me what is my address like what kind of a sick game is this! /!! Next thing when you miss a payment they will be quick to call
