Useless Contact information
why does ABSA bother to offer an email address for general enquiries when no one bothers to respond to general enquires made using said email address? i refuse to have to call your call centre just to be bounced around or follow voice prompts all the while being charged ridiculous amounts of money on my phone.<br> Please stop wasting everyones time if you only ever intend to deal with queries electronically.
