Useless call centre agents and pathetic customer service

On the 02/11/2022 i requested for settlement letter and paid the loan off as per settlement quotation onthe 03/11/2022. I asked for paid up letter which i havent received to date. I phoned thier useless call center and the consultants kept dropping my calls.
