Useless business banker!!!!

I have been having issues for over a month with my banker, every time I have to ask her to do something I literally have to beg her, I went to the branch and was sent back as I was advised that there's no signatory under my business account. What's the use of having a banker who isn't available when needed? Can I please get someone who is competent and willing to do her job, my current banker's name is Amukelani I have had it with her
