USELESS BANK, PATHETIC SERVICE, NEVER THERE TO HELP

Thank you Absa, for never being able to assist me during this difficult time, I am now with you guys since April 2020, and my experience with Absa has been disappointing, from your call center, to your branches, I have received pathetic service, I left a Bank which I had been with from 2006 for this *******. Your premium banking is a whole lot of bull****. Thank you, but I will be going back to Standard Bank. You guys are the worst in the Industry, don't even understand how this Insitution is still around, always heard bad reviews about Absa, but I had to try out the bank for myself before judging and I must admit, your call centre staff and branches think they're in a a circus.
